Coaching means offering professionalism, competence and experience. This is my professional path as a coach. My professional activity is divided between commitments in the ring, organising events related to the world of combat sports, and teaching in Invictus Gyms. This dual role allows me to keep up to date with training methodologies and to be able to offer you the utmost professionalism and attention during your training session.

Bio
Riccardo was born in April 18, 1979, in Rome. He approaches to martial arts in very young age: when he was 5 years old the cult movie “Karate Kid” excites him so much to the point of persuading his parents to bring him in a karate gym near his home. The year is the 1984 and the gym is under the guidance of Alberto Schiavoni, who immediately encouraged him to face the first competitions, celebrating with him first small successes.

In 2013, the Invictus Academy gym was born, where combat sports, cross training and calisthenics, find their home. Six hundred square metres where all combat sports such as Boxing, K1, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness disciplines such as functional training, calisthenics and weightlifting can be practised.
